Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa

Wow! the prices have really gone up throughout the years. Quite dissapointed at the value for money - they are obviously trying to not only make money from the overseas tourists but the locals and New Zealand travellers as well. In saying that the pools are nice to relax in and there is quite a variety to choose from. If you pay extra you can go on the hydroslides, of which some are old and dated but they have added a larger new ride which can be quite fun on a warmer day.

5 of us spent the day there. Over 15 pools to soak in. And good hydro slides for the kids. Life guards were all friendly Good cafe reasonable prices.

Awesome pools with something for every age! Love the warm pools and have so much fun on the hydroslides, can’t wait to check out the new Conical Thrill ride

The pools were a fantastic part of our holiday to Hamner. It was definitely worth arriving near opening time as it can get very busy as the day moves on.This particular time I was here was on a very busy day, the lines were long and finding a changing space for me and my family a little challenging. However as with most good things, it was worth the wait. We found the perfect temp hot pool that we could just stay in. Around 37.5 c. Was extremely pleasant! Left feeling quite invigorated!

Went here for the weekend it was once again amazing can never complain with this place there pools and slides are amazing
