The Waikato Museum has well presented and interesting historical displays. It also has some great art exhibitions. They stage a diverse range of events like live concerts and interesting talks. Parking is easy, behind the Artpost. It is a shame that it no longer has a cafe.

This museum is great, its not huge but the quality of exhibitions is top end and the subjects are educational and interesting! The staff are extremely professional and the cafe is great. This is a superb place to take a school group, or the family!

Nicely laid out in separate areas and the beautiful carvings in the window area. Great exhibitions and area for kids to learn all about insects, bugs and spiders.

Love visiting and supporting our local Museum. Very friendly staff. Great exhibitions. Would be nice if it was slightly cheaper for a family to visit. We used the entertainment book which was great.
