We used Smartdraw Architecture and found their service excellent. We have just finished building our new house and found Nick very easy to deal with and any issues regarding council requirements we had were quickly and easily dealt with . The whole process of building was made a lot less stressful with Nick's assistance and we would thoroughly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of building or renovating.

When I was looking at building a house at our beach property at Whangamata, I was told to call Smartdraw Architecture. I met up with Nick with some concept plans I had drawn and discussed my intended project with him. I was impressed with the speed and outcome that Smartdraw Architecture produced and we were very happy with the design.
