Wow the wait time here for the drop in service is crazy long, i was told 1 hour but really was 3 hours. Staff are friendly but need to be more realistic with timing.

Very long wait times - the staff here are normally very good but it is a bit hit and miss with the drop in doctors whomever is on. The nurses are great here but sometimes you can be waiting 90 minutes to see a doctor.

Took my wife to the Tui GP, OMG i got shocked to look at the wait times. Even after making an appointment hardly we waited for 45mins after our appointment time. Crap service. Doctors always changes so hard to have a specific doctor as well.

It is hard to make an appointment. Long wait times. but friendly staff.
Also Free patient WIFI available so we can pass some time.

Staff here are always pretty friendly. It is hard to make an appointment so best to go down first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon before people finish school or work.
