Perfect Nails Studio

Severely disappointed in the service I received from this salon. Not only were they rude and unprofessional, the atmosphere was anything but luxurious or relaxing. With a steep price I would have expected better. $40 for a pedicure and the nail polish still wasn’t hardened hours after leaving (all wiped off). Total waste of money, will not be back.

I had the worst nail job ever!! Three broke within a week. The guy who did the job spent most of his time jumping up and orgnaisng other staff and customers!!!! $59.00 poorly spent

Having just moved from Wellington where nail salons of this type are the most pampering, wonderful places to go, and where it is seldom that you don't walk away feeling relaxed and lovely after a pedicure or a manicure, I took a very stressed overseas visitor to this salon (after telling her that she won't know herself once she'd had a pedicure to which I treated her).

What a disappointment. The chap who was working on her pedicure was distracted and unmotivated. He seemed more interested in everything but my friend's nails. He eventually disappeared for ages. And then a woman took over. My friend got a whole different experience on the second leg to what was done on the first leg. Even the shape of the nails was different between her two feet.

We both felt so let down, and I felt an idiot after all that I had said.

I went back again, thinking maybe we just got them on a bad day. Had another so-so experience, and definitely now will never return. It's almost insulting the way you're treated, and the lack of interest in what they're doing in this salon.

Very, very different to their counterparts in Wellington.

I've had really good experiences with Perfect Nails. No appointments required, friendly, did a good job (latest about 3-4 weeks); and I always go back.

Um... the worst nail experience I've had. Something wrong with the nail polish itself so I went back. They took the nail polish off and painted it clear - as I had no time before the Event to get them repainted. I requested a refund. All they gave me was $10 for the nail polish. Wonder if I they charge $10 to paint them!

I actually spent $60 on pedicure and manicure. Yes while they did work - nice shape to nails - they should have refunded the whole lot out of good will. I feel ripped off!

While the girls were nice and friendly, I wouldn't go back and certainly wouldn't recommend them. Everyone I speak to about my nails will hear the full story.

Sorry Perfect Nails, you've lost a lot more than you're refund today!
