      Great location and the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Location is right in the city and there are so many restaurants nearby. Room was very modern, clean and tidy.

      Great place to stay, staff are fab, place is clean and tidy and convenient location. Rooms spacious which is rare in this day and age. I prefer Novotel over other hotels for these exact reasons.

      We booked the superior room. It was very modern, clean and tastefully appointed. We paid nearly $170 for a night but booked essentially on the day so i assume it may have been booked in advance we may have saved a little more. Still we were very happy.

      Right in the middle of town, can be noisy at times because of this. Breakfast is ok, lovely restaurant and lounging area. Rooms basic but comfortable. With no opening windows it can get stuffy with the aircon installed.

      Fantastic hotel very luxurious place to stay one of the best hotels in Hamilton. Everything from the bathroom and the bedding, the room was very clean and to an excellent standard. The service was great. Good location right in the heart of Hamilton. Would recommend to all!
