      Great place to stay, staff are fab, place is clean and tidy and convenient location. Rooms spacious which is rare in this day and age. I prefer Novotel over other hotels for these exact reasons.

      Fantastic hotel very luxurious place to stay one of the best hotels in Hamilton. Everything from the bathroom and the bedding, the room was very clean and to an excellent standard. The service was great. Good location right in the heart of Hamilton. Would recommend to all!

      We have stayed in Novotel Hamilton twice and both stay are enjoyable! Lovely buffet breakfast, helpful staff, rooms are spacious and clean. Fantastic location as it is in the heart of Hamilton City. Waikato River, malls, And resraurants were very near. Our favourite hotel in Hamilton so far.

      We've stayed here for various conferences. The rooms a nice and tidy and clean, modern and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is pretty average though, and if it wasn't included in the room, we would probably eat elsewhere. Very central location makes it easy to walk around the CBD to find alternative cafes and restaurants.

      Lovely and luxurious place to stay. Everything from the bathroom and the bedding, the room was very clean and to an excellent standard. The service was great. The only let down if there was one, was there was no parking left. The food was great too.
