McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

I was not impressed by the level of service i received here yesterday. The staff took so long to get our order out. It appeared that there was only two people working there. Then when we eventually got our food there was no apology or anything.

fast and never to greesy has been my experience with this mcds. their customer service is average. loving the new order machines they make life a lot easier but a little less personalized so catch 22 really. never had an order mixed up or items left off so over all good mcds

Service was super speedy. Only downside was the ice-cream machine was broken and that is what we were there for eek! Food came very quickly and was hot. Really busy in the mall tonight but managed to find a table right by McD's.

Not happy about no eggs for mcmuffins...mcCafe coffee was good...staff were a little rude at drive tbrough intercom

It was so busy today and the staff were absolute champions, very small wait time, hot fresh food, burgers looked good too.
We were so blown away by the service we received.
