McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

Visited at 5.30pm on a Saturday night. Restaurant was lovely and clean. The customer service could be a little friendlier. Tried out the smart order kiosks for desserts and these were easy to use. Love the gourmet menu burgers!

Best maccas this side of town. The drive through is really efficient

Fast and friendly. Freshly cooked chips always. The staff are happy to alter the meal to your needs with no fuss. Nice open area inside and is not usually over packed. In my experiences the burgers have always been carefully put together too.

Very busy McDonald’s with Service was a lot slower than other McDonald’s I’ve been to. Staff were not very enthusiastic which was a bit of a downfall. Pricing is the same as normal. As you are given a waiting number everyone is waiting around an area which can get quite crowded especially as they are rather slow. The forecourt was nice and clean and tidy so sitting down and eating was pleasant just the wait time wasn’t
