I usually have a great experience at this Mc'Donalds but the food that we ordered was only warm. They no longer offer steamed buns on McChickens which was a downer for us as that is our favourite.

Good food, its always busy here and they do a good job getting the food out quickly and with a smile

Our meal was fresh, fast, and tasty. The staff were polite and friendly. Would recommend!

Not 100% sure if the fault is really with mcd's or with ubereats but either way the meal I ordered during lockdown has put me right off ever wanting to delivery from these guys ever again. ordered a combo for 2 people - burgers, fries, drinks and desserts - and what I got was a mess. it looked like the food had been thrown into the bag from half way across the kitchen, and the bag had been dropped by the driver. the burgers were in a pile in one corner of the bag and the fries were mixed in everywhere. the drinks were almost warm by the time they got to me almost an hour later than expected. the driver said that was because my ordser was the last one on his run and he had delivered 9 orders ahead of mine in the same trip. no apology and when I rang the store I was told that they were too busy to deal with a "minor complaint" at that time and could I call back in 2-3 days. instead, I rang my bank the next day and had the transaction cancelled off my credit card so mcd's didnt end up getting paid and neither did the uberdriver. going to switch my business to another brand from now on and will never get delivery again.
