I always go to this one when im wanting some maccas for dinner, but the past 6months their service has been going down hill, today i went there for some lunch, only one in the drive thru, took quite awhile to get served at every window and got the complete wrong order :(

Always used their drive thru option. When ever I went there I at least waited for 20 minutes before i placed an order. They never gave me a straw when I ordered a drink.

This is the best Mc Donalds in Hamilton.Lovely staff that take the time to get your order correct first time. Very busy location but they work hard to keep order completion timely. Great service. Thank you

There’s free ice cream event at McDonald's today. I could order with my cell phone, but I was turned down at the counter. It was on my phone for free, but I don't feel like I was rejected without any explanation. Worst service.
