They obviously try to be helpful but they lost my phone order and I did not get the part I needed in time.

Huge store but didn't have any of the parts we needed to fix our water blaster and they had to be ordered in. Did give good advice though- to take it down the road to another repair store! So I guess the staff were helpful? Couldn't give me an estimated time for ordering parts and repairs. We had a karcher water blaster they had supplied us with. Average experience with staff,no issues but nothing outstanding either.
