Don't bother renting a vehicle from Ingham's unless you want to be seriously disappointed. Turned up to pick up the ute we'd hired to be told that their website hadn't sent out a rejection email. They made no attempt to rectify the situation. Will not be back again.

Incredibly rude customer service from the SERVICE MANAGER himself. If you can’t be polite to customers, maybe you’re in the wrong job mate. He tried to turn all his faults and mistakes on to me and had the audacity to try charge me. Too incompetent for the job! Also have useless salesman that don’t like to answer phones or give full details! When you spend over 40k on a new ute you expect a job done properly.
