DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC! I was over charged for callouts I didn't ask for, my car was taken at work with out my knowledge and I was left stranded so I called asking what had happened and he sent one of his workers to drop me home and the whole time he was hitting on me and trying to get my number. Then after having my car for 5 days I was told that they could not fix it and as I drove it home from the workshop, my steering wheel fell off, due to it not being reattached. Thy came and reattached it but treated it as if it was funny. I would not recommend this company and would rate it 0/5 if it was possible.

I dont normally give feedback for companies but i feel like Htownautomotive fully deserve it. I had some serious problems with my car recently and they were truly amazing with the help and support i needed. The BMW parts were difficult to get and they went the extra mile to get them for me at a very affordable cost. Excellent communication, brilliant prices and really exceeds all expectations i have of a garage.

The Garage owner Fauster is a very cheerful fellow with great sense of humour while being professional at the same time.
