      I found the overall experience pretty good and the new heat pump is fantastic. Whilst the staff were nice and generally helpful, there was an electrical issue initially caused by the team on the install day. I felt that they were not very fast or concerned to rectify that problem. Other than that, the value and final product is very impressive thank you.
