Got served by ruby in whangarei she was super friendly and gave excellent customer service! Would highly recommend staying or even just visiting here such a nice place

We were a little underwhelmed when we first arrived - the buildings looked quite dated, and the guy serving at the front desk could not have been less interested in helping us - but the rooms were beautiful and so incredibly comfortable (the beds are amazing, and we loved the brand new air conditioning unit that was in there!), and the Asian manager (I think he was the manager) was so very nice and helpful. We’d happily stay there again.

We stayed here last night. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Room was modern and well equiped. Staff were helpful and brought an extra blanket on request. Would of been nice to have a bath instead of just a shower.

This hotel always provides us with the best service, we stay here 4 times a year and every time we have been pleased with the quality of service we receive. The rooms and food are of high standards and will keep going back here each time we need somewhere to stay in Hamilton.

Great place to stay. Very affordable and clean and tidy rooms. Very secure.
