Few months ago for new carpet and vinyl for my brother property we placed the order to carpet mill . we experienced they are very well organized with swift communication , there was a small issue with vinyl installation and we requested carpet mill manager Mr. Micheal that we want to see him to resolve this matter , not only he visited our site without wasting any time but met with us twice in his office to satisfy us .

End of the day they offered us new vinyl at their expense , even there was major mistake done by our builder and contractor I will not hesitate to say carpet mill take care of their customers . We are completely satisfied with their services provided and coming new year we are going to place new order for carpet and vinyl for our Auckland property and we will again go for carpet mill without any doubts.
