Really like this bank. It is in a great spot in the middle of town. Best part is the parking out the back. Friendly team.

I find the location of this branch hard to access as no immediate parking apart from on the street. Very busy store but the staff make up for it as they are super friendly and helpful. Purchased a lego set too which was very cool.

I like this bank as its close to my work and in a good location. But i have used their self service deposit machine. no one told me that there was a charge to use that machine. They have charged me $1 as activity fee.
I have used my Current account to deposit some money but the charge was charged on my savings account.
Didn't know what was happening, so called bank, they refunded me the money but the whole point was there was no where they have mentioned that there will be a charge for us using the machine. Quite sad.
Staff working did not tell me anything about it as well.

The only reason for me to stay is because of the other services they provide is quite competitive.

I always receive great customer service here. Great bank and the may it so easy to increase rates, very competitive interest rates too. Very happy.
