We got the house sound system installed and my husband loves it. They were really quick and it wasn't overly expensive which is great.

Great electrical business, we had our sound system put into the whole of our house which had to be done by a pro. They did a great job and it sounds amazing.

We had a brand new pump put in a while ago on our tank water. We also got the header tank removed so the water runs directly off the pump. The pump crapped out in a few days, so they returned and fitted a smaller pump, which they didn’t even refund the difference until I called them at a later date. They also put the restrictor valve on at the pump and not at the hot water cylinder. Everyone I have talked to, even checking the pipe work can not understand why this was done and it now leaves our whole house with pathetic water pressure.
Upon talking to the manager about this and asking for a reason..... all we got was. There would have been a reason!!
Not proactive at all and will never use them again. Plus the manager has no empathy for their own stuff ups.
Still to this day, angry as with them and their workmanship.
