BOC Gas & Gear

sorry for t6he incorrect rating but this star rating does not go low enough to be a true reflection of my rating.I drove 1/2 hour to buy product and when I got back a futher 1/2 hour later I found I had been given the wrong product .I have since made 2 frutless phone calls to head office where, after listening to their own self premoting ads for what felt like 2 minutes, the phone is answered by what appears to be an answering service . who said they do not have a direct dial numer for the local branch and took my number and said they would get someone to ring me . After 1/2 an hour I am still waiting .
This has to rate as the very worst company in New Zealand . Their customer relationship has always been bad but this is an all time low .
