Quick and easy. Located close to town. If queue is too long, you may leave the car there and walk to New World or George St to do your shopping. The friendly staffs will kindly call you once the car is done.

No need to book in which is good, but can take a while if they are busy. Good selection of hot drinks and reading material available while you're waiting though. No fly buys points anymore

Great customer service! Lines can be long but as expected considering you don't book. They take the time to explain fully reasons for failing.
