Large and well located hotel!
I've stayed here when down in Dunedin for work and this hotel is so well located in the city and close to the shops.
The hotel is large and clean with very large rooms and bathrooms. Lots of free toiletries and biscuits as well as really friendly staff.
Traffic noise can be an issue in summer but a really good value and well placed hotel

We were lucky and got to stay in the new wing. It was fantastic. Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Good sized bathroom. Quiet room. A very good night's sleep.

Centrally located hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room with comfortable beds. A fairly average hotel but couldn't fault it for location and price.
