Had my airbags replaced free of charge due to recall. Good communication and friendly service for appointment.
My only issue - reception guy SAID he would call my mobile when job was done - estimated @ 45 mins. Two hours later I'm still wondering around Warehouse wondering what's happening!?
I return to Honda & my car is ready & waiting - receptionist is relaxing in his chair .... :-)
