      Very cosy rooms and the staff are friendly and they leave you to your privacy. There is breakfast for a small charge. I have stayed there twice and the location is so convenient!

      Very handy and close to the Dunedin Hospital, University and shopping centre. Very clean and tidy. The staff are really friendly. Offers off street parking. Comfortable motel apartments.
