Otago Museum

Such a great museum, very interesting exhibits, information and displays. Never thought to come here but was walking past and glad we made the time to go in!

Visited specifically for the dino exhibit, which was small but very well set up. Bit disappointed lots of other areas were paid admission too. Whisper dishes outside were awesome

Nice coffee. Reasonable cabinet food. Young, but friendly staff. Great spot as you can take the kids for a browse through the museum and then refuel with a drink and a snack. They do cute little kids snack boxes which although pricey, are a great option for the little ones.

Good experience. Well set up. A bit pricey for entry. Close to Otago University.

Really cool museum, the kids loved it. Especially love the butterfly area - is definitely a must see if you go here! The animal area is cool too, soo many different animals to see and talk about. Allow a couple of hours for exploring
