      All in all a valuable service for Dunedin.
      I do have reservations as to whether the 'chronic homeless' are helped by this establishment. I suspect many fall into the 'too hard basket' .
      I've referred homeless to the night shelter ; unfortunately they were not accepted - I don't know why or what the criteria is. I thought it was being homeless but clearly there's more to it. Safety I guess is huge etc.
      Anyway. Thanks for the job they do. I wish it was more equipped to cover all those homeless in need.
