The more long serving staff are absolutely wonderful and friendly. The younger ones could do with some work on client service..... its uncomfortable being served by someone who looks like they would rather be somewhere else... but the demeanour of the other staff makes up for the shortfall.

Wide range of products (for the area), good amount of specialty products. Not a fan of their meat, but their produce is always very fresh. They tend to run a little low on stocks on Sundays, but usually just for one or two items that I want. The store is clean and usually not too crowded.
Their gluten free selection is pretty good.

This was the only nearby supermarket when we lived in Opoho. The prices set were the lowest in Dunedin and the store well stocked. The decoration during Easter was great and sometimes there were cartoons screened for the children!

The staff are always extremely lovely in this store. My daughter hurt herself on the trolly while I was paying for the groceries at the self check out and one of the staff came to talk to her and gave her some of those little gardens.
