First time coming in here a couple weeks back, staff werw wonderful and so helpful as I wanted to learn how to knit and where best to get the materials and what I needed. 5 stars.

Fairly large store with a great range of craft items. I can usually find what I'm looking for here and the staff are always helpful in terms of locating items and ordering items in. Prices are reasonable.

fantastic service provided by one of their staff members. I was looking for some scrap material and couldn't find anything other than some squares that were about $20 per pack. The lady asked me what I was wanting it for and when I explained, she lead me over to the rolls of material & let me know that this would be the cheapest way of doing it and that I didn't have to order a whole metre. Was s refreshing to have someone actually take interest in what I was trying to achieve & come up with a solution for me rather than just saying that they didn't have any small bits of material like two other shops that I went to did.
