      I bit of a mixed bag here... The travel agents are extremely knowledgeable
      and very helpful and friendly. However, their quotes are thousands of dollars more expensive than their competitors and the exact same long haul flights on the exact same days (and I don't believe they will price match or beat a competitors quote). We book through house of travel when flying for work (as it's an approved agent) but not for personal travel owing to the extreme price difference.
