I attended a conference here recently and I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the attention paid to the smallest of details.The staff were helpful and friendly - and I would definitely recommend this facility.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Feels very warm amd welcoming. Nice and clean and staff are just lovely

Third time we have stayed here. The location only 5 minutes drive to the centre of Dunedin. The rooms have amazing views of the ocean and you can watch the surfers. Only a walk away to some great pubs and cafes. The staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend this hotel.

Great location. Staff were really lovely and went out of their way to help. Unfortunately it was a hot Dunedin day and the hotel doesn’t have AC.

It was the staff attitude that impressed me most. I could not fault them for service and going that extra mile. Magically my room was quiet- no toilet or TV sounds from next door, and the yes was very comfortable.
