Hot Yoga Dunedin

A fast paced, very hot work out (good for winter months when it's cold!) The instructor was okay; he preferred to do the more advanced poses rather than demonstrating all poses and choosing the ones that were most attainable for the majority of the class, which is not my favorite. A good workout if you're looking to push yourself in yoga - be prepared to sweat. There's showers and change rooms available, though.
The classes are fairly crowded but people are good about staying in their own spaces and there's a big range of skills in the classes, which is always good.
