I haven't heard anything good about this place and word of mouth is usually what puts you off. I need to get my van seen to, but im a bit worried to go to this place. I'll just check all the reviews first

The service, customer care is superb. Despite being busy I had very pleasant and helpful service and no pushiness when I decided to go for a cheap option. I will be happy to use these guys again!!

rung up to get a quote to replace battery terminals, i was quoted about $6ish dollars per terminal, and they would just put it in for free. as it would be quick and easy. I went to get it done and end result was more than $20ish dollars, I told them I rung etc and the lady just commented saying "well at least you car is working" not very impressed as I work on a budget hence why I called before going in!

DO NOT use these guys they are overpriced disorganized and rude i made an appointment three days prior to the date i went in to have car scanned for error codes was told it would take 4 hours and cost 80 dollars I was the first person to book in for an appointment on the day i went as i seen the empty page for Thursday. In addition to this he tried to give me some story about how my particular car a mitsubishi rvr was a very difficult car to scan and he mumbled some nonsense about bridging relays etc. this is odd seeing as the engine is one of the if not the most common for its time the 4g93 after 6 hours i asked what was happening and how long it would be i was told and i quote "I dunno I didn't make the appointment" i just left and rang another mechanic in Carrol street he had a bit of a laugh when i told him what had happened said "bring it in tomorrow it takes 20 minutes and its 45 dollars. So SAVE YOURSELF TIME MONEY AND A BAD EXPERIENCE. don't go to Dunedin auto electrical
