From arrival to departure all the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good about 7-10 minute walk to Octagon, rooms were exactly like the pictures on the website - clean and comfortable bed, great toiletries and generous size room

Nice location being pretty close to the Octagon so handy for all the popular bars and cafes as well as entertainment. The hotel was tidy and clean, looked well after and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was very neat, with comfortable bed and lovely ensuite.
