Carisbrook Motels

Good but could do with air conditioning at this time of the year. Lovely staff and facilities. Perfect location. It is a little bit away from city centre but you could walk it if you really wanted too , it is about 10 minutes by car.

The staff here are so friendly. We arrived very early and were allowed to park at the property. It was raining and they made sure we knew exactly where to go before we set off on foot. It is a longish walk to town but we enjoyed it.

Room was warm and comfortable and very clean. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Nothing was a problem.

We stayed 2 nights & we loved it. If you are on a tight budget & only need somewhere to sleep, shower & eat brekky then its a better, cheaper option.

The room was lovely and clean toiletries and staff were excellent. It was lovely an warm even though Dunedin was freezing.
