Their services seem a little too good to be true with the "free WOF" service they offer. My mum bought her rav 4 here a while ago, all was going well, the car was great and she said the staff were very easy to deal with. However when it came time for her WOF things seemed to come up that weren't even a WOF issue. During her WOF check they drained her brake fluid and replaced it with fresh fluid without asking her and then had the audacity to charge her for it and tell her it was all part of a WOF check. If i were to buy a car from here, i would be getting my WOF done elsewhere.
