Good service from the team, great range of vehicles and mechanical service facility's

Service department with Mervyn and Christine provides best customer service for motor vehicle dealership that I have experienced in a long time.

After dealing with several dealership's in Australia and New Zealand, I can confidently say that this is by far the worst organisation I have ever dealt with. The issue's are too long to list on this review but all I can say is that this business will not return your calls across sales, parts and management, the only time a call was returned was when I was purchasing. They will fail to take responsibility for damage caused by the service department, make it extremely difficult to get items fixed in a timely manner, making you wait at the branch for an hour just to come out and tell you they had ordered the wrong part, the job would have only taken 10 minutes. I hate to say it but it feels as if the business made it very personal not only against myself but also my wife.
To top it off I now have a Mitsubishi as a work vehicle, I don't know if its my name they recognise or if the service is still terrible but this has prompted me to rite this review..
