As resident dentist Gareth Gregg and his support team looks after customers, Practice Manager Sara Gregg oversees all other day to day running of the business.Sara describes herself having to “wear many hats at any given time” as she looks after all non-clinical aspects of the business. With Yellow running her advertising and marketing campaigns through Google, Yellow Online and local Yellow Book directories, Sara has delegated one of the ‘hats’ to a trusted partner. With one less ‘hat’ to worry about, she can focus on other duties of the practice.
Sara appreciates that she does not have to be an expert herself in marketing the business as she’s in capable hands with Yellow.
