VTNZ (Vehicle Testing New Zealand)

I've had mixed experiences at VTNZ sometimes good and on point and sometimes sluggish and a bit of a let down, pricing can be a bit high. I like to mix up where I get warrants and this place hasn't been the worse, cheers

Pretty good service, they always give good advice and usually fix smaller issues like bulbs. Can be quite pricey though.

Have been going to VTNZ Wigram for my WOFs for some time but will not visit again after my last experience. I went to drop my car off and was told by a very rude customer service rep that I would have to wait with my car for at 30-40 minutes. I have always dropped my car off and left it here and it has never been an issue before. Ended up taking my car to a place around the corner - Flags Tyres - whose customer service & pricing was so much better that I will not be back to VTNZ.

Visited the Colombo St location for a warrant, was served very quickly and was able to leave the vehicle there whilst I went for a coffee, warrant was completed in under an hour. They were good at explaining the items I needed to attend to and what to do next. My only complaint was that they undid and removed the car seat, and didn't put it back how it was, and it was difficult wrangling the baby in the car park to reinstall. Perhaps this is protocol, however it would have been a nice courtesy to reinstall.

I came here to get my full license and the testing officer was very professional and friendly and I had a very good experience (in spite of failing the first time round). The staff at the desk were very helpful as well. Heaps of parking outside.
