      Totally incompetent. Roof leaked, gutters ran the wrong way, untreated timber used for exposed timber, door lintals less than 50% the minimum strength required by building code and bent on day 2. Manager would not acknowledge work faulty, had to pay for engineer and go to disputes tribunal to get the work redone. Worst experience ever.
