Bought a pair of sunglasses and the screw fell out, we had plenty of difficulty trying to get a credit. Gave up on refund as it wasn't provided as an option. WARNING only 14 day warranty for all their products ... Not sure if that's actually allowed in NZ Consumers Guarantee Act
