Really helpful staff as they organized delivery, assembly and even threw in some extras with our purchase. The best trampolines around. Very happy.

The customer service is really really bad, same goes for the install team who have no respect for your property or the thousands you spend on the tramp. The tramp mat ripped 6 weeks later with 1 adult on it, could have caused a serious injury. It is advertised to hold adults, we think the rushed install was the reason (which you pay extra for) I wouldn’t buy again.

Friendly, delightful staff who are more than happy to help you pick a safe trampoline for your family. Best thing is you can give them a test jump! Great tramps.

Really helpful branch of Springfree, they answered a number of questions for us and were prompt and honest. We didn't end up purchasing due to budget constraints but would consider doing so in the future as they were so great to deal with.
