Specsavers Hornby

The team here was amazing with my 7 year old. She had a full exam which even included a specialst Dr checking and talking us thru her results. All for free!!!!

Well laid out store however staff were very impatient with me when I went in to inquire about an eye test covering the plates for an Ishihara color blind ness test. I was told that Specsavers werent able to do them, yet when I went into the Palms two days later there was no problem with it. Wouldnt go back to this store.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Consistent with all of the other specsavers I've been too in terms of service and promotions. They don't mind if we just come in to browse at the frames, they don't put too much pressure on to make a sale.

I was here back in september. a really nice shop unfortunatly they did get my back up when i dropped my sunnies the lady said oh well if they wernt a knock off they would of broken. little did she know they were the real thing. i walked out and never went back.

I found them very friendly and professional. The dr did a very through exam on my daughter for FREE he was so patient and made her feel at ease. The only bad thing is the shop was really small. Was really hard to navigate with my pram. They really need a larger location.
