The staff are helpful and friendly. Consistent with all of the other specsavers I've been too in terms of service and promotions. They don't mind if we just come in to browse at the frames, they don't put too much pressure on to make a sale.

Very helpful staff when choosing glasses for my daughter, all the glasses are 2 for the price of one! And its free to get glasses adjusted or if something small breaks. The staff made the process easy

Had to make a quick emergency appointment after my glasses broke which were over 5 years old at the time, had them fully replaced and was happy with how helpful staff were, also very happy that I was able to get a pair of sunglasses for free at the time, however my frames only lasted 6 months and fell apart, costing me more than what I purchased them for to be repaired at my local optician office. Great service but don't like their glasses

Had to get new glasses as my old lenses were not strong enough. Went to Specsavers and the staff were excellent. I decided to update my frames as well and the shop assistant was very patient and helpful. One week later I went back and got my new glasses - very happy with them.
