Specsavers Hornby

Unfortunately i dont recommend our local specsavers in Hornby due to the lack of customer service.
The female staff members were extremely noisy talking over the shop to one another about non work related subjects including their lunch and social life.
This was stuff that should be discussed on a break- not in front of customers.

Fantastic for a check up and new glasses!

We went here for our annual eye tests. Free parking outside and friendly staff who were very professional.

The eye tests went well and they are happy to give advice. The glasses recommended were well priced and we would definitely use again

I was in need of some new reading glasses, I was impressed with Specsavers range and the customer service. It didn't take me long to find some I liked. Impressed!, cheers

Had to get new glasses as my old lenses were not strong enough. Went to Specsavers and the staff were excellent. I decided to update my frames as well and the shop assistant was very patient and helpful. One week later I went back and got my new glasses - very happy with them.
