I have done work for this company since 2012 and you get reimbursed in a few weeks to a month once you complete the job and it has been quality marked and checked and made sure free from errors and handed to the client who will be satisfied. I enjoy the gift card ones as you give it to someone and also you can choose a beer as well when you are doing the assignment in store. I like the reimbursement ones as those are only paid by what you spend and also you select the beer you want and upload the dockets and hand it in when you send the assignment.
