We went into this shop in the weekend fast service and good customer service ! this shop in up stairs in Westfield Mall so lots of parking for customers

Lovely store with a wide range of designer glasses. Store is spacious and clean and well lit. Glasses are nicely displayed and easy to browse through and try on. Lots of mirrors spaced around so you can see what the frames look like. Very friendly service. Eye test very thorough. Prices a bit more pricey but glasses are very good quality and flattering on.

Store is always clean and well presented. I got some really good help with trying out a new style of glasses and did not feel pushed into buying the most expensive pair which I really value. Great range of glasses and package deals. Really great that opsm and southern cross work together to provide free eye checks for those with insurance- great incentive to keep up with vision checks.

Had an eye test here and it was easy to book and setup. Staff were friendly and knew what they were doing, and did a good job with explaining everything to me. The store is clean and well setup and has a great range of glasses.

The staff were so helpful at taking the lenses from my mums broken glasses and putting them into a different frame. Very clean shop
