I came here to ask questions about my bike and was considering getting a new one - Andrew gave me very helpful advice and helped me to sort my bike out instead of needing to buy a new one, which I really appreciated.

Andrew is my preferred cycle service mechanic. I buy all my bits and pieces from him and he is happy to order in stuff I need so I can usually pick them up the next day. No more large stores for me. I want proper service and Opawa Cycles is where i find it!

OK this is not a flashy chain store that pushes over priced bikes and lycra on fat people just before Christmas.
This guy knows what he is doing, provides a great service and is ALWAYS happy to see you. I drive past numerous other shops/businesses that could do my work in preference for talking to Andrew and giving him my work. Very happy to pay the amount he quotes, and think it compares or beats other businesses in Christchurch.
10/10 for customer service and 10/10 for work done.

This man will sort you out, whether its bleeding, servicing, getting gear in.
He knows his stuff and charges a very reasonable price alot better than other bike/sports shops.
