Off The Track Curtains

Came into this shop to look for some curtains for our girls bedrooms. There is so many curtains I couldn’t believe it! Huge range. The staff were so helpful managed to find two sets at a very reasonable price!!

I called them to find out if they would consider taking (buying) our old curtains. They refused to give any useful information over the phone and said that they would need to see the curtains. It’s a long drive from where we life to their business - as soon as my wife and I showed them our curtains we were told that they don't take any curtains without backing.
That's certainly something they could have told me over the phone. I accept that they need to see a curtain to decide whether it sell-able, but having us drive to their business just to be told that they won't buy curtains without a backing shows their arrogance.
