He is awesome! You can tell that he is very passionate about his work. He's very knowledgeable and so caring.

He can't do ACC funded dentures, unless you pay upfront, then claim cost back from ACC.

AI initially had my first plate made here 13 years ago. After returning from Auckland (and having a dismal replacement plate made up there) I requested Mike to make a new top plate for me... the main thing I requested was that they look like REAL teeth and not some generic pink set of 'hospital dentures' - God forbid!
Mike was incredible in his understanding exactly what I was looking for - right down to a slight gap in the front teeth (as I used to have with my natural teeth) His patience, tolerance and very easy going manner made the process extremely easy and totally worth while... I couldn't be happier.
I can totally recommend Mike to anyone seeking a first or replacement plate.

My new dentures are very natural looking. They were made by Michael Smith. They make me look younger. I asked that my mouth be made fuller because my lips had sunken in with my old dentures. Now my mouth looks gentle and my lips are like they were when I was a young woman.
