      they ran over my parcel and i can't get through to Customer services because all phone numbers send you through to an "automated contactless" service? Sending an email or filling out the online form is also equally confusing!

      Service can be extremely slow. They also check postcodes on google maps instead of NZ post and reroute packsges incorrectly sometimes.

      Use these guys for trade me sales. Easy to organise pick up and reliable. Sometimes have to follow up with them if taking a while to deliver but very easy to contact . Friendly drivers.
