My most preferred courier by far, always pick up when they say the do and the delivery well service is outstanding. Numerous times we have had rural delivery’s come overnight from the north island. Highly recommend

A reliable and friendly courier service. I use them through Trade Me courier to pick up my parcels from my house and deliver them. They are super efficient and friendly when I see them. Pretty reasonable price wise too.

Waiting on the delivery of my new wireless modem for my phone and computer, waiting, spark cuts me off without asking, still waiting. contact courier post and yes it is here, but you were not home to sign for it, so it is at the depot. HELLO where is the card to call, nothing in the letter box, nothing under the front door mat, where they are normally left. Nothing. Home all day Friday, did not here a knock on the door. So without a phone or computer, when i did get the tracking number, i phoned the call centre, yes your parcel was tracked at 8am on the date. thank you for calling. DID not tell me where it was tracked too. So another call to courier post for them in person tell me it was redirected to a agency. Not good enough, very poor service, Have made a complaint three days ago and have asked them to email me, so i do not miss there call. Nothing as yet, so much for customer service, worked for NZ Post/Post Office for 27years and the past week with spark and courier post i would be embarrassed to say i currently worked for them, where is the customer service, going the extra mile. very disappointing Wendy

I find Courier Post to be fast and efficient. Courier Post is my preferred courier.
